hey theatre friends !! Halloween might be different this year but it’s still a *massive deal* so I thought it would be fun to take a lil deep dive into #MeanGirls the musical with a tutorial on Regina George’s halloween look. It’s one of my favorite costumes and moments in the show, AND it’s one of the most iconic halloween parties onscreen/onstage!
I tried to keep the tutorial quick & easy & almost everything available from Amazon so it can be used as a great last minute option for a socially distanced or zoom halloween party! BUT that meant that I had to cut a lot of footage and I had SO much more I wanted to say about Mean Girls, its impact, and the musical itself ://// maybe we can do a waaaaaay longer deep dive soon? let me know your thoughts on that, because I don’t want to talk about mean girls too much if you guys are over it lol
