The much anticipated musical has finally found its top-billing performer in Ramin Karimloo on The Prince of Broadway. Several reports have been published on Broadway.com like this one regarding the world premiere.

The musical about 21-time Tony Award Winner, Harold Prince, is set to get staged on Japan. Broadway.com also mentioned the theatres where Ramin Karimloo on The Prince of Broadway is set to performed.

– Ramin Karimloo on The Prince of Broadway at the Tokyo Theater Orb (October 23 to November 22, 2015)

– Ramin Karimloo on The Prince of Broadway at the Umeda Arts Theater (November 28 to December 10, 2015)

Harold Prince himself will be spearheading the production. Susan Stroman will be his co-director and choreographer. Other cast members confirmed to join Ramin Karimloo on The Prince of Broadway are Tony nominee Nancy Opel, Tony winner Shuler Hensley, Kaley Ann Voorhees and Japan’s very own Reon Yuzuki.

Ramin Karimloo earned a Tony nomination for his role as Prisoner 24601 Jean Valjean in the Broadway revival of Les Miserables. Other memorable performances include his portrayal of OG in the West End stint of The Phantom of the Opera. He was the first actor to reprise his role as OG in its sequel Love Never Dies, also on West End. With Ramin Karimloo on The Prince of Broadway, another signature role has yet to be minted.

He expressed his happiness on his official Twitter account. Now that Ramin Karimloo on The Prince of Broadway has a definite set of playdates, it is only a matter of time before musical fans in Japan get to see him perform.

Ramin Karimloo is known more for being a Broadway star. But he would like to showcase his other passion. Music that is heavily influenced by rock, country and bluegrass. These influences are immersed into his debut album entitled “Human Heart”. He acknowledged in this statement that a “typical musical theater album” is a far-fetched idea.  In his own words, he said “I wanted to marry the sounds of rock and country with things that people already know me for”. The kind of passion expected from Ramin Karimloo on The Prince of Broadway is also seen here in “Human Heart”.

So while waiting for Ramin Karimloo on The Prince of Broadway, tickets for his upcoming concert at the B.B. King Blues Club & Grill at New York City are now on sale. Mark your calendars.
