HEY THEATRE FRIENDS! It’s been a minute since I’ve told an embarrassing #MusicalTheatre fail #Storytime on the internet, so I thought I would be a Good Little Theatre Actor™ and talk about the ABSOLUTE Worst Musical I have ever been in.
I know that might come as a little bit of a surprise, but hear me out. I try to be a very positive and I try to live by the “if you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say it all” rule. But I think it might have seemed like I’ve only had incredible, beautiful, #Broadway -worthy experiences and that I’ve never had a tough time in a show
Which is simply not true
I think everyone in this industry has had experiences that were better than others and in that case I think you A) hopefully get to learn from that experience & B) Get to look back and laugh about it.
I want you guys to know that if you have a bad day at rehearsal or a bad performance, or just a bad production— it’s okay! I’ve had that too! So that’s what we’re doing today! In fact, QOTD: Whats the worst show you’ve ever been in? Tell us about it in the comments below!
